A social investment app with over 60,000 waiting lists has been launched in the UK, revealing a Series A funding round of £ 30m.

Headquartered in Paris and with offices in London and Krakow, Poland, the stock already employs 140 people.

The share app is now available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play by all users. It provides family, friends and experienced investors with a single place to meet, discuss and invest.

Its mission is to break down barriers for first-time investors, democratize investments to make them easier to understand, and give users access to trusted network ideas and ideas.

The round will be led by Peter Thiel’s fund Valar Ventures, with other investors including Singular and Global Founders Capital.

“The use of social networks has fundamentally changed the way we interact, discuss and make decisions with friends and family,” said CPO and co-founder Harjas Singh.

“People are already using solutions such as Whatsapp and Telegram and are joining the community to discuss trading. They need an investment product that allows a group of friends to invest, discuss and share their investment journey. I noticed.

“In less than nine months, we have built an investment product with incredible back office capabilities with an advanced money laundering prevention system and a financial crime detection system.

“We are already in a position to compete with the largest players in the market and are on the road to developing category leaders.”

Benjamin Chemla, CEO and co-founder, said:

“We have a mission to help people connect, share their experiences and invest together in long-term economic health and a better future. From the UK to Europe and beyond, today. Launch is the first big leap to bring to everyone what is lacking in today’s investment experience. “
